We don't just hand over software. We make it work

Software only works when the people using it trust it. So we don't hand it over with a short training session and wish you luck. We set it up with you, train your team properly, and stay with you through go-live and beyond.

Implementation

One team, from first conversation to go-live

The people who configure your system are the people who train your team, and the people who answer the phone once you are live.

Set up with you

Your system is configured around how your service works: your lists, your categories, your own language. Your existing records are already in it on the day you go live, so your staff open it and recognise everyone they care for.

Trained until you're confident

Training is planned around your team and delivered by the people who set your system up. Workshops cover care planning and reporting, and we configure your most complex care plan together so your team can do the rest themselves. A training site lets people practise without touching live records.

Still here afterwards

The people who configured your system are the people who answer the phone. Changes to lists, assessments and naming conventions are made by you. Critical support is there around the clock.

Questions buyers ask

Before you decide

How long does implementation take?
Typically twelve to sixteen weeks from signing to go-live. The two things that move it are how quickly your data can be exported from your current system, and how much dedicated time your lead administrator and clinical lead can set aside.
What do you need from our team?
Two people with time set aside: a lead administrator who owns the set-up and the data, and a clinical lead who shapes the care plans and assessments. They join the training, decide with us how your lists and categories should read, and become the people their colleagues turn to after go-live.
Can you bring our existing records across?
Yes. People, families, referrals, notes, professionals and organisations all come across, so your team starts with records they recognise. The work is done in your own shared drive, so your data stays on your systems throughout, and duplicates are cleaned out before anything is imported.
How do new staff learn it later?
Training is available whenever you need it, delivered by the same team. Alongside it there is an online knowledge base, a short video with every release, and forums through the year where services share how they use the system.

Half an hour or an hour, whichever suits. We’ll spend it on the parts that matter to your service.
