Learning disability and autism

One record for the person, their family and everyone who supports them.

Residential homes, supported living, short breaks and day services. Each person you support has their own plans, written in your service’s words, with their likes and dislikes, their family and their key workers alongside. Progress is scored, so you can show it, and the roster checks that every shift has the skills their plan asks for.

The week you actually have

A week in your service does not fit a generic system.

Three things learning disability and autism services do that most care software was never shaped around.

1The person and their circle

Likes and dislikes, an alert every member of staff sees, family members with records of their own, and named key workers.

Everyone around them, in one place.

2Progress you can show

Scored assessments show how someone is doing over time, ready for a review or a commissioner.

Evidence of how far someone has come.

3The right skills on shift

When a plan says a person needs someone trained in seizure management, the roster checks someone with that training is on.

The right people, every shift.

No reliance on the one member of staff who knows them best.

Sixteen parts of one system.

Each one is a page. Start wherever your service feels the pressure — every part writes to the same record.

Questions services ask before they switch

Can the system use our own language and categories?
Yes. You manage your own picklists and naming conventions, so screens, sections and lists read the way your service talks. Referral classifications can be replaced with a list of your own, and those changes are made free of charge through our support desk, usually within an hour or two.
We are switching from another system. What moves across?
People, family members, referrals, notes, professionals and organisations all have import templates. Referrals come across with their history, so your reporting survives the move. Migration is scoped with you once we have seen your data, so you know what is coming across before anything is agreed.
How long does implementation take?
We work to your timeline: typically twelve to sixteen weeks, depending on your availability, how much you launch at once and how much data you migrate. Phasing is the quickest route, going live with the parts you need first. Workshops run throughout, so your team can configure and change things themselves afterwards.
How do you charge?
One all-inclusive subscription, banded by your income. Every module and every user is included, along with hosting and support, so the price holds as you add people or take on more of the system. Implementation and training are scoped with you at the start.

See it working with your own service in mind.

Half an hour or an hour, whichever suits. We’ll spend it on the parts that matter to your service.
