Why Ameryst

Software from people who work in your sector.

Ameryst is care management software, built inside a working care service, for teams looking after the whole family and a need to staff by competency, not just headcount.

What the software does

The whole family, not one patient.

Siblings, parents and carers each get their own record, notes and care plans, linked to the patient for ease of access.

Your care plans build your rota.

Dependency scores come out of the care plan, and the roster checks them against your staff’s competencies. So you find out that nobody on Thursday night can manage a tracheostomy while you can still do something about it.

Funding pots that count down and stop.

One stay can draw on several funders at once, and each is invoiced only for the nights it covered. The overspend surfaces at the booking, not at year end.

Every change carries a name.

Nothing is deleted and every edit is audited, so “who changed this, and when” always has an answer.

What we’re like to work with

We set it up with you.

Your care plans, your lists, your language, built alongside our team during implementation. Afterwards you can change any of it yourself.

Support is in the subscription.

Hosting and support are included, and the people who answer know the sector rather than reading from a script.

Our team have worked in services like yours.

The people who train you and build your care plans understand the job you are doing, on the other side of the same software.

It changes because customers ask.

Most of what Ameryst does today began as a request from a service using it. When you ask for something, it reaches the people who build it.

Implementation

Set up with you. Trained until you’re confident. Still here afterwards.

We don’t hand it over with a short training session and wish you luck. The people who configure your system train your team and answer the phone once you are live.

From a care plan to tonight’s shift.

  1. Care plan answersEach one carries a weighting.
  2. Dependency scoreThe weightings roll up, person by person.
  3. Competencies neededThe score says what skills are needed to provide safe care.
  4. Tonight’s rosterChecked against who is actually on shift.

So the roster tells youSaturday, early shift — nobody rostered with epilepsy and seizure management.
